Qualification and Skills Required:
1.  Bachelor degree or above, major in HVAC or Electrical, etc. For those who have Construction Certificates are preferred.
2.  Above 5 years of related working experience; at least 3 years of project management experience.
3.  Project management experience involved in project at least more than RMB 10 million worth of contract value.
4.  The ability to solve problem using a rational approach with strong ownership, result oriented, self-motivated, energetic
     and productive; able to deliver quality results with positive mindset, influential style,excellent coordination skill and
      must be a team player.
5.  Willing to travel for projects.
