1. Project Background
AISIN AW CO., LTD is a joint venture of TOYOTA and AISIN SEIKI CO.,LTD. and is the world third largest
manufacturer of automatic transmissions. In 2011, AISIN AW first registered 100 million USD dollar in Wuzhong
Economic Development Zone and a total investment of 285 million USD to purchase 155 acres land in Wangshan to
established AW Suzhou Co.,LTD. AW Suzhou mainly manufacturing a variety of automatic transmission. Project
completion is expected in 2013 and put into production, the production rate us expected to produce 240,000 unit
of automatic gearbox, with sales of RMB1.7 billion.
